Is your website secure to shop on?
If you use Paypal they encrypt every transaction to the highest level. You can read more about them here.
If you do a direct bank transfer then your bank will handle the transaction securely themselves and simply send us the payment – we will then dispatch once it has arrived.
How much do you charge for delivery?
Our Mainland UK delivery is £6.99 (subject to availability).
Note: Highlands and offshore will cost more and take longer.

How long will it take?
It will usually take 3 days for delivery in the UK plus a day for us to process your order. International delivery will take longer so please contact us for exact details.
Can I have beer delivered to a different address than my own?
Yes. As you go through the checkout, there is a box to tick underneath where you enter your address info. You can then enter the delivery address on the next page.
Can my beer be left without a signature?
You can specify a “Leave Safe” instructions in the “Delivery Instructions” box at checkout – leave with a neighbour, in the shed, or wherever. Please note that goods are left at your own risk.

Can I call to see if you have something in stock?
If you’d like to, please do however we aim to keep the website up to date with live stock information. In the rare event that something is out of stock let us ring you!
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched by logging into your account or by contacting us on our details here.
What do I do about breakages?
Goods must be checked at time of delivery and any loss or breakage must be reported to the courier at the time of delivery.
Damaged goods not noted at the time of delivery will be exempt from compensation.
Please also contact Beer Cellar within 24 hours to report this. If goods are damaged or broken we will either give a full refund for the broken goods or arrange for another one to be sent out to you.
Refunds will be made within 28 days.
